Hi everyone and hellloo Friday! Gladys here and I'm back with a holiday card. Is it just me but is December flying by? I'm soo not ready for Christmas. I haven't done my shopping for everyone and just now getting around to making Christmas cards. Starting next week it is going to be a full house with my husband's family coming in to stay with us for a couple of weeks. I know I will be up every night wrapping presents and making cards, just like Santa's elves. =)
Anywhoo here is my card for today, simple and cute using Neat and Tangled Santa's Wonderland stamp set.
For my card panel I cut the gift box cover up die from MFT and colored the boxes using distress inks: broken china, picked raspberry, cracked pistachio, and peacock feathers. I cut another card panel using Lawn Fawn's large stitched rectangle which I used to anchor the first panel. I heat embossed the sentiment from Beary Merry stamp set onto one of the squares. I glued the squares back into it's place using Tombow liquid glue.
I stamped my images from Santa's Wonderland set with Memento tuxedo black ink. I colored them with copic markers and added white scribbles using my Gelly roll white pen. Then I cut them using the coordinating dies and adhered foam tape on the back for dimension.
That is all from me today. Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!
awwwww love the varied colors!
