North Pole

Hello, and welcome back to Butterfly Reflections Ink! It's Cassie here, and I've got a cute holiday card to share with you. Today's card uses a stamp set by Neat & Tangled called Santa's Wonderland. This set is so sweet!
I started by die cutting two of the largest rectangle from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Stackables die set from Neenah Solar White card stock. Then I took the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders and die cut two snow banks from one of the rectangles. I used Distress Ink to color in the rectangle that was left whole to make it look like a night sky. Then I splattered the sky with water to make it look like a snow storm was coming down. I love a snowy sky for a holiday card!
I also added some light blue Distress Ink to the edges of the snow banks to give them a little color. Next I stamped the three images I wanted from the stamp set-the reindeer, penguin and pole-and colored them in with my Copic markers. I think these little cuties look just like they're trying to get decorated for the holidays! I fussy cut them all out and laid out my scene. Once everything was set I glued it down.
When I was laying out the scene I made sure to leave enough room for my sentiment, which was stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. That wraps up my card for today! I hope you enjoyed it!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I will see you again soon with another card!
