Pretty Pink Posh Sumer Friends

Hi everyone!  It's Christine here and I have a fun summery card to share with you today.  After all the cold wintery weather we've been having lately, I really wanted to make a fun summery card.  I'm so done with winter and so ready for spring/summer.

Here are some pictures of my card:

For my card today, I decided to ink up the adorable Summer Friends Stamp Set by Pretty Pink Posh.  I colored the images with my Zig Markers and a Detailer Water Brush.  I then cut out the image using the coordinating Summer Friends Dies.  Next, I created my background by cutting a rectangle out of some Cason XL watercolor cardstock using a Wonky Rectangle Stitched Die from MFT.  I then inked the panel with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink and Seedless Preserves DIstress oxide Ink.  I then cut a heart out using a heart die from my stash.  I then adhered the heart to a standard A2 sized card base and then popped the frame around it with some foam tape.  I then stamped my sentiment and then adhered my images with foam tape.  For a finishing touch, I added some sequins.

Thanks so much as always for stopping by and have a wonderful day! :)
Hugs, Christine
