Hello, BRI friends! It's Andrea hanging out with you today (Can you believe they let me come back for a visit?!), and I'm sharing a Valentine-themed card using some non-traditional stamps.
Isn't that squirrel too cute?! He's from Reverse Confetti's Nuts About You stamp set, and his little bird friend is from RC's Lift Me Up. I stamped both critters with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and colored them with my Zigs and a waterbrush. Once they were dry, I cut them out and added some details with a white gel pen.
I just love that gorgeous heart panel! I die-cut a rectangle of white cardstock with RC's All Heart Cover Panel Confetti Cuts Die and backed it with some pink paper. I adhered both to a white card and added some of the die-cut hearts back to the panel. I die-cut a heart from Bristol paper and inked it up with Worn Lipstick distress ink before flicking on some water for interest.
After adhering the heart with foam tape, I added those darling critters on top. Onto some black cardstock, I stamped a sentiment from RC's You're So with Versamark and white heat-embossed it. I added that to my card with two layers of foam tape and finished the card with some Pretty Pink Posh Clear Sequins and Glossy Accents.
Have a great weekend!
