Hello Everyone,
Hope you had a fantastic Easter on last Sunday! I made this cutesy card for today's Design Team project. Let me tell you a back story about this. It was about 3 weeks ago. I went to a local store and purchased a Frog planter. And the next day, we started to hear frog rabbit sound in the back yard. It lasted for many days. It was kinda nightmare because this One frog made extremely loud sound all night. My husband thought the planter I got was attraction. We tried many ways to find him but failed miserably. Until 3 days ago, our rain season ended temporarily and temperature went up to 80 F. The sound went away. We don't know if he moved out or something else, our night is quiet again. Now I am making a frog card to say bye bye to our visitor.
To begin with, I cut the frame 3 times using Lawn Fawn Peekboo backdrop die , I stacked frames together using Multi medium matte. For the background, I used Tim Holtz distress oxide ink in Picked raspberry with ink blending technique. For creating the blue bond. I directly smudged Tim Holtz distress oxide ink in Salty Ocean on to the paper, then I crumbled a piece of \tissue paper to dab some wet ink off so I could create some texture on the surface.
I inked all images from Lawn Fawn Toadally Awesome stamp set with memento ink in Tuxedo Black and color with Copic markers. Since I don't have the coordinating die in hand, I hand fussy cut them with scissors. Assembling was easy, I used some foam tape and Multi Medium Matte. At last, I stamped the sentiment and added Pretty Pink Posh 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins and Nuvo Crystal Drop in Morning Dew.
Hope you like this card and I will see you on next Tuesday. Ciao!
