Well hello! So glad to be here with you today. I have to say I am loving fall. It finally feels like fall here in AZ. We've been getting a lot of rain and just beautiful weather here. So I wanted to dig into my stash of favorite stamps that have a fall theme. I grabbed some of the good ones. These sets are both from Lawn Fawn but they are so great! Here is what I made with them:
I love these two sets. One is Thanks a Bushel and the other is Cutie Pie. So great for fall. Here is how I made it.
First, I cut a square from patterned paper and adhere it to a square card front. I stamped the images with Gina K. Amalgam Ink and then colored them with copics. I then used the coordinating dies for Cutie Pie and Thanks a Bushel and cut them out. Next I used a square die cut and adhered it to the patterned paper. Using foam adhesive, I adhered the images to the card front. I then stamped the sentiment with Versamark Watermark ink and heat embossed it using Ranger Super Fine White embossing powder. Putting adhesive on the strip, tucked the sentiment under the images. To finish it off I tied a bow with jute burlap twine and adhered it to the card with Ranger Multi Medium Matte adhesive.
I also added Wink of Stella clear to the pie to give it a "sugar coating" and Gelly Roll White pen to accent the apples. I hope you all are enjoying your fall as much as I am! See you next week!
