Hey There, Crafty Friends!
Thanks for stopping by today!
I've got a cars for you that exemplifies one of my greatest struggles in crafting: Thinking outside the box!
Sometimes when I look at a stamp set, I have trouble thinking of ways to combine it with other stamp sets for more unique combinations and looks.
But what is a more classic combination than dogs and cats? In the crafting world, dogs and cats can be best friends!
I stamped some of these Heffy Doodle images with a copic safe black ink on to white cardstock. I colored them with copic markers and then used the matching die sets to cut them out. I glued them on to a card panel and then added a sentiment from Honey Bee stamps with the same black ink.
I trimmed down that panel using a Lawn Fawn stitched rectangle die and then glued some foam on the back for added dimension. I adhered that panel on to a cut and scored 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base that I had made out of patterned paper I had in my stash!
So next time you're stumped about how to combine stamp sets, just pull them out and lay them next to each other on your craft desk and I know something will jump out to you!
Thanks again for stopping by today!
