Flower Patch Turnabout

Hi Crafty Friends, Julianne here with my first blog post as a design team member for Butterfly Reflections, Ink. I'm super excited to be apart of this amazing design team for such a great company. Since Mother's Day is just a few days away I wanted to share some super fun and easy Mother's Day cards that you could make in a hurry.

 

Have you had a chance to get any of the Concord & 9th Turnabout stamps? They truly are amazing and make it super easy to create some beautiful cards. For my cards today I used the Flower Patch Turnabout Stamp. I just love all the little flowers in this set, as well as the sentiments that are perfect for all the women in your life.

This is one of their newer turnabouts so it comes with the alignment aid, if you still have troubles with lining everything up like I do make sure to check out the Original Turnabout Jig, it makes the turnabout stamps even easier. Once I had everything aligned and ready to go I stamped the image while turning my cardbase. Using the Flower Patch Dies I cut out the flower image as well as the leaves; adhering the leaves with Mono Multi Liquid Glue. For the flower I used some foam squares to give my cards some dimension and added some gold twine before adhering to my card.

To finish each card off I scattered some Metallic Gold Confetti Mix from Pretty Pink Posh. If you haven't had a chance to try a turnabout stamp, I encourage you to as well as checking out all the other products Concord & 9th offers.
