Candice with you on this Saturday with a fun Christmas card using some new release products from Hello Bluebird Stamps that I got from the Butterfly Reflections, Ink store!
I used these products from Butterfly Reflections, Ink store:
I used these products from Butterfly Reflections, Ink store:
- Hello Bluebird Snowball Fight stamps & coordinating dies
- Hello Bluebird Snow Play stamps & coordinating dies
- MFT Stitched Alphabet dies
- Sunny Studio Woodland Borders dies (snowhills)
- Sunny Studio Subtle Grey Tones 6x6 paper pack
- oxide inks: broken china, tumbled glass & cracked pistachio
- Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink
- copic markers
My card base measures 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 and fits perfectly into the standard or 9A envelopes.
For the background, I inked a trimmed piece of Bistrol smooth with broken china & tumbled glass. I then die cut the snowhills, pop dotting the bottom one. I cut multiples of the stitched alphabets from white scraps and the top one from the grey pattern paper and glued to the card base.
Next, I stamped the images from the snowball fight & snow plays stamp sets, colored with copic markers and cut out using the coordinating dies listed above.
I finished the card by inking a banner with cracked pistachio and stamped the sentiment in black.
I love the Hello Bluebird stamps and how the older sets combine so well with the newer ones and you can get them at Butterfly Reflections, Ink store!
Thank you so very much!
Candice
