Hello everyone! It's Ashley back again to guest for Butterfly Reflections Ink! I have a super sweet holiday card for you today! I've been waiting to use this Avery Elle Cocoa Stand set since I first saw it, and I am so excited to share with all of you!
Isn't it just the cutest? I actually grabbed the Avery Elle Peek-a-Boo Pets set as well so I could make more cards with different critters manning the stand!
I started, as usual, by ink blending my background. For this card, I used Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide on the outside, then a bit of Cracked Pistachio, before fading it into white. I splattered silver watercolor on my blending then cut it with the largest My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Rectangle.
I stamped several images from Avery Elle Cocoa Stand and Avery Elle Polar Playtime in Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I also grabbed the little bird from Avery Elle Santa Bear. I colored everything with Copic markers and added a few gel pen highlights for interest before cutting everything out.
I stamped the sentiment from Avery Elle Christmas Kids in Versafine Onyx Black and added clear embossing powder and heat set it for shine. I arranged my images in a cute little scene and attached everything to a piece of kraft cardstock.
So adorable! And I love the shine from the silver watercolor and clear embossing! Avery Elle really knocked it out of the park with this Christmas release, and of course, Vanessa has it all in the shop if you have some last minute cards to finish!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
