Hi there, friends! I hope everyone is keeping well!! Since most of our socializing is being done via FaceTime, Zoom, and social media these days, I thought these sweet Lawn Fawn mice taking a selfie would be a fun and happy card to send to someone who may be struggling right now.
Finally, I added some Marigold Jewels to finish off my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by! See you next week!

To create my "cheese" background, I cut an A2 size rectangle from Bristol smooth cardstock. Then, I cut the cheese holes using the Outside In Stitched Circle dies. Next, I ink blended my background with Scattered Straw, Fossilized Amber, and Wild Honey Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered some clean water onto my inked background, blotted up the excess, and set aside to dry.
I cut a second rectangle, and just inked where the openings were, making sure the edges were darker.
Next, I stamped the images, colored with Copics, and die cut from the following sets:
Next, I die cut the white frame three times, using the Say Cheese, Again Lawn Cuts. I stacked the frames on top of each other for dimension and attached to my background. I arranged the mice and cheese inside the frame and adhered with foam tape.
Next, I die cut my "CHEESE" title from yellow cardstock, using Oliver's Stitched Abc's and Oliver's Stitched 123"s. I inked the edges with Wild Honey Distress Oxide ink and attached to my card front.
My sentiment, from the Reveal Wheel Circle Sentiments set, was stamped onto black cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Finally, I added some Marigold Jewels to finish off my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by! See you next week!
