Hi Friends! I'm sharing this fun magic iris card featuring colors from the month's mood board.
To start, I lightly ink blended a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock using a large blending tool and ocean breeze ink from Pinkfresh Studio. Next, using the snow globe add on die, I cut the outer portion of the snow globe. The Magic iris die was used to assemble the rest of the pieces for the snow globe.
Let it shine paper and gold metallic cardstock used to cut the bottom elements of the snow globe and then the assembled globe was set aside.
The background was cut using the fancy scalloped rectangles die from metallic gold cardstock. Stitched windy backdrop die was used to cut a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock inked with sparkling rose. I then used the stitched rectangle die to cut the piece for a more finished look. The background pieces were adhered together using liquid glue.
Next, images from frosty fairy friends were stamped using black copic friendly ink and colored using copic markers. I stamped the trees from cherry christmas using evergreen ink. I added accents to the images by using a white gel pen.
The snowglobe was added to the card using double sided tape. The sentiment inside is from frosty fairy friends. Next, using a mix of glue and foam tape, the images were adhered to the card front. Nuvo gel drops in white blizzard added to the tops of the mushrooms, berries and fairy wings for extra sparkle!
The entire card was adhered to an A2 card base and that completes the card!
