Hi, everyone! Today was a good day. (Well, yesterday by the time you're reading this.) I've been walking for the 40 Miles in May Challenge for the American Cancer Society so my husband and I got a 2.5 mile walk in putting me over the halfway point. We came home and made breakfast then headed to my parents' for the afternoon. My parents have been fully vaccinated as have my husband and I which has given me some relief in being able to see them without so much worry. My oldest son stopped by and we enjoyed the afternoon on the deck. I hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day, whether seeing your moms or your kids or if that wasn't possible, I hope you were able to find happiness in some way.
Huge thanks to the amazing cardmakers we added to our team last term. They were so talented and a pleasure to have join us. Today I'm here to introduce you to our new Design Team for the late Spring and Summer term. This term we have all international peeps joining us! Let's get right to it.
Leontine is a first grade teacher from the Netherlands. Her adorable creations and bright photos really drew me in.
Peter is also from the Netherlands where he lives with his husband and dog, Churro who they adopted from Spain. How cute of a name is that?! Much like Peter's adorable scene cards.
Veronica is joining us from Italy and shares her passion for this hobby with her mom who introduced her to cardmaking. I love that! <3
Laura lives in Italy and was born in Como, home of the most beautiful lake in the world. (I would love to visit.) In addition to cardmaking, she also enjoys amigurumi, making paper flowers and sewing.
Annemarijn lives in Amsterdam with her boyfriend and two cute cats. She's 26 which makes me so happy that some younger stampers are in the house! ;) She just discovered stamping and cardmaking about a year and a half ago and now she's addicted to cute stamps. That's how it goes, isn't it?! haha
Thanks for stopping by and meeting our new team! I hope you enjoy their creations over the next few months. I'm sure they'll be bringing us lots of cuteness.
Enjoy your day!
Vanessa
