Hello crafty friends, it’s Tina with a collection of colorful ‘felt tag cards’.
I couldn’t resist the cute critters from the Pretty Pink Posh Love Balloons set!
This year I really want to try and use more products from my stash. I have a whole box with felt so instead of using the balloons from the set I created some die cut felt embellishments (flowers and bows) and I backed the tags with a layer of felt.
Let’s get started with stamping the cute critters from the set onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. For the coloring I used my trusty Copic markers.
Copics used
Rabbit T1, T3, T5, R20
Beaver E41, E43, E44, E47, E49, R20
Skunk T1, T3, T5, T7, R20
Squirrel E41, E43, E44, E47, R20
Next, I die cut the tag from the Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Circles Coordinating dies four times. I glued these tags to pieces of felt in bright colors.
For the flowers and the bows I used small dies from my stash that come in several sets
like the flowers in this one.
Before assembling the card I used my Misti to stamp a small sentiment to fit onto the tag.
I glued the felt tags to a white card base and adhered my images.
Finally, I added a few white pearls to the flowers and the bows.
And that wraps up the card for today!
Thank you for visiting the blog and see you soon,
Tina
