Hi crafty friends! Ahhh, it's that time of year again-- the smell of new crayons, the feel of a freshly sharpened Dixon Ticonderoga pencil gliding across wide ruled paper, and the morning rush to get out the door on time... it's back to school time!
I made this pop up box card to celebrate this glorious time of year using several Mama Elephant stamp sets and the Lawn Fawn box card pop up die. I colored the images with Copic markers and cut them out with their coordinating dies. I tried to turn the bear image into a panda because pandas are a favorite animal here in my home.
For one of the side panels, I thought it would be fun to cut out one panel from actual lined notebook paper for the cat with the pencil and then I wrote on it with a pencil.
To create the background, I cut out a box panel from gray cardstock and used a brick stencil with Distress Oxide ink. For the floors, I used a woodgrain stamp with Versamark ink on kraft cardstock. I heat embossed the sentiment on the chalkboard with white embossing powder.
Supplies used:
Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Card Pop Up
Mama Elephant School Rules (with coordinating dies)
Mama Elephant Little Cat Agenda (with coordinating dies)
Mama Elephant Little Bunny Agenda (with coordinating dies)
Mama Elephant Little Hamster Agenda (with coordinating dies)
Thank you so much for stopping by! Happy crafting! 💖Jenn
