Sending Colorful Greetings with Audrey!

Hey there!   Audrey here with a card to share with you using the new London Mouse stamp set from My Favorite things!  I started off by stamping the trees first, and then I masked them off.  I then stamped the center building, and then the rest of the buildings.  I masked everything off and then used Tumbled Glass and Twisted Citron distress inks to add color to the sky and ground with a very light hand.  Then I removed the masks, and colored everything in with my copic markers .  After I was done, I felt like I needed to add more to the sky, so I stamped and fussy cut a bunch of clouds from the same stamp set, and adhered them in the sky, some flat with a glue pen and some popped up with foam tape.  I adhered the panel to a white card base using foam tape, and then added a sentiment on a handcut banner using the Luminous Spring stamp set from Paper Smooches. That's all for me today!  Thanks for stopping by! :)

Nothing like a Mother's Love

Hey guys,  Jung  here with a card share.  Even though I am a huge fan of full colored cards, there is just something about a white card that gets me every time!  Usually, when I try and create a white card, the clumsy thumbsie in me comes out, and I drop an ink pad, or touch it with inky fingers leaving finger prints, but this time, I managed to make my card in one go!  LOL!  Do you guys have that problem to? I created a white on white card, with a pop of bright hibiscus flowers, and I love how clean it looks! For this card, I used one stamp set, which is  Altenew Wild Hibiscus stamp set .  For the flowers and leaves, I used  Versamark  ink pad and  clear embossing powder .  I also used Zig  clean color real brush markers .  For the sentiment, I used  Versafine onyx black  and clear embossing powder. My Mother-in-law's birthday is next month, and I think this card will be perfect for her. ...

Tummy Time

Hey y'all! I'm back to share a super simple and quick layout using the Amy Tangerine Finders Keepers collection! I began with a white background and some Finders Keepers supplies that you can find the in the shop. I matted my photo and placed it in the middle as the focal point. Then added a pre-embroidered tag on the left side of the photo, and the title on the right. I love this simple design especially because it makes it so easy to add embellishments around the center of the page! I hope y'all love it just as much as I do! Watercolor Wedding

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you got to do some fun crafting for World Cardmaking Day on Saturday. I was busy with my family on Saturday, but Sunday afternoon was all mine. :) Emily here today with a wedding gift that I've made for my cousin. I've mentioned before that I'm her matron of honor, and her shower was this past weekend. It was in New Jersey, and unfortunately, it wasn't in the cards for me to make it out there to celebrate her shower, and I absolutely hated that I wasn't there to celebrate with her. So, I decided that I had to make an extra-special gift to attempt to make up for it. (Naturally, I waited until the last possible minute to start making this gift...) Hand-drawn calligraphy is such an incredibly huge trend right now, and I've always had a soft spot for beautiful handwriting. (Addressing my own wedding invitations was something I looked forward to immensely... I'm a weirdo.) I've tried learning regular calligraphy, but somet...

A Halloween Hello

Hello friends, Emily here with a Halloween card to share.  I made this card using the follow products:  Starry Night Background die , Witch Way is the Candy? stamp set, Copic markers , and  Die-namics Blueprints #25 ,  First, I distressed a piece of card stock using various shade of blue Distress Inks, then I die cut the starry background.  I used a piece of yellow card stock and adhered behind my starry panel.  My little witch was colored in Copic and adhered over the card front using foam tape.  The sentiment added to finish the look. Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a great weekend!!

WCMD Sketch!

Hi card making friends! It's Shawna and I have a fun card sketch for you all to use today. Let's see what you can make. You can follow the color scheme too if you want but you do not have to.  Link up your card in the comments for a chance to win a fun prize!  We can't wait to see what you all come up with! Here is what i came up with.  I used Dear Lizzy Documentary (Coming soon to BRI!) It's a really pretty line you will want to check out if you don't have it in your hands yet.  I replaced the hearts with cloud and changed up the colors a bit. I hand cut my wonky heart and glued down the middle so that i could fold it up for some added dimension. I also used pop dots on a few of the clouds. Here is a closer look. I hope you enjoyed my card today. Thanks for stopping but and I look forward to you coming back to share your own!
